Welcome to the website of Kentixen Maybreeze (Shadow).

Shadow is a Pedigree Liver/White English Springer Spaniel born in 2016, Kennel Club (KC) registered.

He has 19 Field Trial Champions (FTCHs) in his five generation history and is grandson of FTW Ravens Inquest (see Countryways Gun Dogs).

Shadow was bred from a strong working and home background and while has proven natural ability in the field, he is mostly a home dog and companion to our family.

Shadow has bags of energy and a wonderful temperament, loving, loyal, obedient and eager to please. He has been a delight to train, and fantastic with young children around the house, adored by all and full of affection.

He is incredibly passive, never growls or barks and is quiet on the line. He is a superb dog in the field, biddable and a focused hunter, but very relaxed around the house.  He has a beautiful dark liver and white coat that shines all year round.

Shadow has a set of clear DNA and eye tests as detailed below, as well as a very low hip score of 3/3. He has a KC inbreeding coefficient of 6.7%, well below the breed average of 10.2% (2018). He is a proven stud and has sired numerous litters, the most recent were born in February 2021 and the next litter are due in April.  Photographs of the first litter sired in October 2018 are shown in the gallery section and video.

A very special dog who receives compliments from all for his temperament, obedience and good looks.
